View this post on Instagram Happy 1 year adoption day my boy! A bit more than a year ago I was browsing the SPCA website wanting to adopt a small animal. I saw Nick and took the plunge; bought all the stuff I needed, hand built him a DIY cage, and went to the Richmond SPCA to meet him. They told me that he was separated from the other male mice because they were fighting and bullying him:( He was still a bit injured; I took him home because I wanted to give him a peaceful life. Definitely have been spoiling him! (But not excessively 😝) During the year I got him new cages twice, now he’s in a very big DIY bin cage, plenty of space for him.
